David McLaughlin, Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer at RoadOne IntermodaLogistics, is in charge of the company's financial growth strategy, as well as supporting the operations, safety, and technology leadership teams within the company. With an impressive career in the transportation industry spanning over 35 years, David is well-versed in all aspects of the supply chain with a profound expertise in international drayage, warehouse and transloading, and yard management solutions.
Prior to co-founding RoadOne, David worked his way quickly through the ranks within Romar Transportation, before pivoting to join Kellaway Intermodal & Distribution Systems as the President of the company. While there he helped elevated the company to the leader of intermodal logistics in the Northeast, as well as served as the President of the Boston Port Carriers Conference from 1990 to 2001. David further cemented his reputation in the industry when he was part of a joint consolidation to form RoadLink, the largest national intermodal drayage company at the time from 2000-2012, before he and Ken founded RoadOne.
David holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Babson College and advanced certifications in Traffic Management and Industrial & Motor Traffic Management. Beyond work, David enjoys spending time with his family and two grandchildren and giving back to his community.
