To: All Customers, Cargo Owners and Equipment Providers and Steam Ship lines

RE: Demurrage; Per Diem and Storage as well as any Delivery Delays and any associated charges 

Due to the potential upcoming ILA east coast and gulf ports labor action , please be advised that  RoadOne IntermodaLogistics  will not accept any responsibility for per diem / usage / demurrage charges for equipment assigned or dispatched to us, or out on our interchange and is delayed due to the potential labor action and its potential ongoing effects, including, but not limited to, containers, trailers and chassis dwelling at any locations including but not limited to ports, rail yards, Receiver or Shipper locations or any storage yards or facilities. 

Based upon the instructions provided to us, we will do our best to remove as much cargo off ports as possible and to have as many empty containers / trailers terminated as soon as possible. Please note our services may be limited due to what we anticipate could be increased congestion at ports and rails beginning today and with the containers and trailers continuing to become available throughout the last few work days before the potential labor action. 

RoadOne IntermodaLogistics will continue to work with and assist our customers including Beneficial Cargo Owners, equipment owners and Steam Ship lines in any way possible to help us all get through this unprecedented time. RoadOne will make all of our facilities, both yards and warehouses, available to our customers as space allows. Please reach out to your salesperson or local contact for availability and pricing.
